A good program to use for beginners for basic image editing is PhotoFiltre.

After you have successfully downloaded photofiltre, open it.
It should look like this,

okay, so anyways...
Go to your myspace comments, look at your key board. Look towards the top right. There should be a button that says 'Print screen or it might be abbreviated 'Print scr'
After you click print screen on your key board, go back to photofiltre and hover over Edit on the top left, then a menu will come down and click Paste as new image
After you do that, a big image should come up of everything you see while looking at your comments.
Like this,
After that image comes up in photofiltre, click the rectangle tool on the right side.
After you select the Rectangle tool, go back to your big image of your comments
Then, simply make a box over the comment (like the image below)
After you make the selection box, right click inside the box and click CROP! Like the image below.
After you click crop, the image will only show what you selected in the box like this..
After that, go to file and click save and save to your computer. Then upload the photo to any uploading site you like!
